These are a great substitute for traditional rice and can be used as a side dish alongside many main courses. They take literally no time to make compared to traditional rice!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head cauliflower

DIRECTIONS

  1. Use cauliflower head by removing the green and washing it
  2. Use a medium hole grater, cut the cauliflower into rice. You can also use a food processor with grater attachment as well to speed up the task.
  3. You can cook it for 5-8 minutes over a warm skillet in a tablespoon of oil, butter or ghee or serve raw.
  4. Serve as a side dish or top it with a stew to make a meal

TIPS

Freeze them for a month and heat them on stovetop for use

They will stay 3-4 days in the fridge
