INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, dutched
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp erythritol
  • 2 tsp ghee or melted butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine dry ingredients using a fork till uniform
  2. Add remaining ingredients and whisk till you get a smooth batter
  3. Pour batter in a microwave safe mug and heat for 30 seconds
  4. Cook for an additional 30 seconds, let cool and serve

TIPS

You can top this with a protein glaze or ganache
