The grill is yours to command! This is a healthy and high protein feast that you can enjoy and feel good about. You can fire up the grill any time of the day and enjoy a delicious BBQ session that will provide you with lots of fat and protein. You really don't have to follow this recipe but you can find cuts of meats that you like and cook them on a grill.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 breakfast sausages
  • 4 Italian sausages
  • 4 seasoned chicken thighs
  • 4 steak
  • Tenderizing powder
  • 16 colorful bell peppers
  • 16 heads of asparagus
  • Salt, pepper, seasonings

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add tenderizer and seasoning to steak, if it's a tougher and leaner cut. Let it sit for an hour.
  2. Meanwhile fire up the grill to moderate heat and add the meats and vegetables
  3. Cook 10 minutes for sausages, 20 minutes for Italians sausage, 10-12 minutes for chicken and 8 minutes for steak(4 minutes each side). Cook vegetables till they are crisp on the outside.
  4. Serve hot.

TIPS

The sky is the limit. Grill whichever meat you want!
