The egg muffin is a very simple recipe that you can make for a quick breakfast meal while you're getting ready.
- 1 tbsp butter or ghee
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- Microwave butter inside a microwave safe mug until melted, about 15 seconds
- Add in remaining ingredients in the mug and mix with fork
- Microwave at high for about 60-90 seconds. Let cool and serve.
