INGREDIENTS

  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Ghee or oil
  • 1 piece ginger, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp dried coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chili sliced
  • 1/2 milk or coconut milk
  • 1 cup canned tomatoes
  • 5 oz. shrimp/prawn
  • 7 oz. salmon, cubed
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown onions over medium-high heat till golden brown while stirring in garlic, ginger, coriander, turmeric and cumin. Cook roughly 4-5 mins.
  2. Add in chili powder, milk and tomatoes. Add shrimp/prawn and salmon. Cook 2-3 minutes. Then add salt and pepper.
  3. Boil and then simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and then cook for another minute.
  4. Remove from stove and serve hot.

Great standalone recipe or can be cominbed with other sides to make a meal
