The Ketogeek Energy Pods are shelf stable snacks high fat (and protein) snacks that can be consumed anywhere and under any temperature. They contain nutrient dense nuts and fortify them with saturated fats from Ghee and MCT Oil. They are a great add-on to a fat burning diet and provide an excellent source of fats to a meal that is high in protein. We use them for both our Ketogenic and Nutty Carnivore Diet.

Our Chocolate Fudge Energy Pod is made from Organic Dutch processed cocoa, blanched almonds from California, pasture-raised & organic ghee, MCT oil, whey protein powder and vanilla beans. The emulsifier we used is sunflower lecithin which is practically a fat. Sweeteners used are monk fruit extract and erythritol which are both very low glycemic.

The Chocolate Fudge Energy Pod tastes and has a texture of brownie batter with a buttery and creaminess to it. There is a hint of dark vanilla and fudge to it. The product is shelf stable and exists as a solid at room temperature with consistancy of doughy frosting.

SHELF LIFE: 6-12 Months

PRIMARY USE: Use the foil lid, turn it into a spoon and consume like a pudding.

SECONDARY USE: Freeze to make ice-cream, melt to use as frosting or topping, refrrigerate to make mousse. Some people add this to their coffee and froth it to turn their coffee into a mocha.

PECAN COCONUT ENERGY POD

Our Pecan Coconut Energy Pod is made from pecans, Coconut butter, pasture-raised & organic ghee, MCT oil, whey protein powder, vanilla beans and various holiday themed spices. The emulsifier we used is sunflower lecithin which is practically a fat. Sweeteners used are monk fruit extract and erythritol which are both very low glycemic.

The Pecan Coconut tastes and has a texture of cookie batter with a buttery and creaminess to it. There is a hint of dark vanilla and aromatic spices to it. The product is shelf stable and exists as a solid at room temperature with consistancy of buttery cookie dough.

Our Spiced Walnut Energy Pod is made from Walnuts, pasture-raised & organic ghee, MCT oil, whey protein powder, vanilla beans and aromatic cardamom. The recipe is adapted from a traditional sweet from the Indian subcontent and is unique. The emulsifier we used is sunflower lecithin which is practically a fat. Sweeteners used are monk fruit extract and erythritol which are both very low glycemic.

The Pecan Coconut tastes and has a texture of cookie batter with a buttery and creaminess to it. There is a hint of flowery cardamom which adds to the cooling warmth of the Pod. The product is shelf stable and exists as a solid at room temperature with consistancy of buttery cookie dough.

Our Coffee Protein Energy Pod is primarily geared to be consumed as a high fat and protein latte. It contains Egg Protein, pasture-raised & organic ghee, MCT Oil, Egg Protein, vanilla beans and coffee. The emulsifier we used is sunflower lecithin which is practically a fat. Sweeteners used are monk fruit extract and no sugar alcohols are used.  

As a drink, it tastes like a rich and creamy latte and on its own it has a dark coffee taste with fruity sweetness from monk fruit extract. The product is shelf stable and exists as a solid at room temperature with consistancy of creamy cookie dough.

SHELF LIFE: 12 Months

PRIMARY USE: Froth in 6-8 oz. of hot water to make a high fat, high protein latte

SECONDARY USE: Consume as is or combine with other ingredients where fat, protein and coffee is required.
