INTRODUCTION

OVERVIEW

This nutty carnivore diet geared for productive people who like to trade their time on earth to chase dreams, aspirations and goals while not being restricted by the constant need to cook, prepare and worry about health. We think food and nutrition should be a means of sustenance, artistry and pleasure and should never be an obligation to be carried out.

In this challenge, we will give you everything you need to start rebuilding your diet and getting your appetite back in your hands while following a very simple and nutrient dense diet. This challenge includes daily content that will help you on your journey. Following this plan will lead to weight loss for many people while providing the hybrid benefits of a Ketogenic and Carnivorous Diet. No need for complicated recipes and macro tracking. The meals are simple and the goal is to not only gain the health benefits of a good diet but also to liberate yourself from food dependency and spending countless hours at the kitchen.

PREPARATION

We recommend preparing for the challenge over the weekend and have everything ready by Sunday so that you can start the challenge on a Monday. Here's a list of things you need to do:

  • Plan your workouts or physical routines to be easier
  • Ensure that you don't have any extra mental stressors that could add to next two weeks
  • Buy a grill or stove top pan ideal to cook beef and eggs

The diet is very simple but we do recommend following or joining our Ketogeek community to gain more insight and share your experience with others when on this diet. This allows an exchange of questions while having other people to hold you accountable during this challenge.

GET STARTED

1. GET RID OF EVERYTHING

Today you will empty your kitchen and start fresh. All sources of carbs, fruits and vegetables will have to go. The goal is to simplify and eliminiate:

  • Throw or give away all foods out other than animal meats, eggs and poultry
  • Keep salts, peppers and seasoning mixes
  • Animal fat sources, dairy fats and Energy Pods are fine and recommended

2. SHOPPING

We recommend buying cow or ruminant meat of your favorite type and kind. If on a budget, hamburger beef is fine. A grill or stovetop pan is all that is needed on this diet as far as cooking is concerned.

3. TRACKING PROGRESS

You can track your progress using the following methods:

  • Weight
  • Waist Circumference
  • Selfies (Before & After)

4. START COOKING & EATING

Now it's time to have your first meal. Eat meat and eggs till you are totally full. No need to count calories or add in extra foods. Liberally salt and season your meal according to taste and feel free to add one of our Energy Pod to your meal alongside your meat and eggs plate to get some delicious fat with your meal.

5. WHEN TO EAT

Throughout this challenge, you can eat meat and eggs whenever you want. It could be in the morning, afternoon or evening. Whenever you feel hungry, eat meat and eggs. Then use the Energy Pod as a snack, supplement or a way to add some fat to your meal.
