What are Energy Pods?
Imagine the best-tasting shelf-stable chocolate and the most nutritious nutrition bar in a compact cup form that comes with a paperboard spoon and can be used as a dip, sauce, snack, dessert, or base for your favorite toppings. That's Energy Pods.
What is CocoZen?
We wanted to have chocolate every single day but the Chocolate Energy Pod was too small and too decadent to be used daily as a spread. Hence, we created CocoZen, a sugar-free, nutritious, and utterly delicious spread in a 12oz jar that puts chocolate bars to shame.
How do I use the Energy Pods?
Peel, pop, and dip with the spoon that comes alongside - that's the easiest way. But why stop there? Use it as a dip for chocolate, spread for your toast, sauce for your ice cream, or combine peanut butter, fruits, and whipped cream to create a world-class dessert. There's no other snack product with this much nutritious and culinary versatility! Pro tip: Refrigerate them for the most melt-in-your-mouth and creamy texture.
Do I need to refrigerate or freeze the product before or after opening?
Nope. Energy Pods are completely shelf-stable. However, if you open them, you can use the foil lid to cover them and stow them in a cool and dry place for later use.
Should I be concerned if the product starts separating?
That's a feature, not a bug. Why? Because the compact cup form and spoon allow you to mix the Energy Pod back up even if separation does occur. Meanwhile, throw in your favorite toppings while you mix it back up.
Do Energy Pods contain dairy and nuts?
We use whey protein isolate which is a dairy product but contains less than 1% lactose. We do use blanched almonds as the main ingredient in our Energy Pods.
What are erythritol and monk fruit extract?
Imagine sweetness without guilt and even protect your teeth. Monk fruit extract and Erythritol are natural antioxidants and zero-calorie sweeteners that have no impact on blood sugar and insulin levels. Unlike sugar and refined carbohydrates that can wreak havoc on dental health, these sweeteners protect your teeth against tooth decay.
What are net carbs?
Net carbs are total carbohydrates minus dietary fiber and sugar alcohols. This is used to figure out how much free or added sugar a product contains and what kind of glycemic response it will have. This can be very helpful to and smart for not just those who are controlling blood sugar but also those who want to cut down the intake of free sugar in their diets.
Do Energy Pods have sugar in them?
There is no added sugar to Energy Pods at the moment.
How are they made?
Energy Pods are a labor of science and love. We take the best and most nutritious ingredients we can find and then grind them together to make a decadent and shiny liquid that is poured into small cups. We then package these cups with our own hands(no packaging machines have thus been invented to wrap our Energy Pods) here in Napa Valley, California, and then have them shipped to you when you order them.
Where are they made?
Energy Pods are made in Napa, California, right in the heart of the food and wine mecca of the world. It's true that we drink wine with our pinkies up.
Can I use Energy Pods and CocoZen in recipes?
If you're looking for quick, easy, tasty, and nutritious snacks that only take a minute or two to make, we have a boatload of recipes for you to mingle with.
What kind of diets do Energy Pods and CocoZen fit into?
Energy Pods and CocoZen are currently vegetarian, gluten-free, keto, low-carb, and contain all-natural ingredients.
Can I use them with a coffee maker?
Nope. You've got the wrong Pods. Those pods are stimulant nukes while our Energy Pods provide actual energy and sustenance for the body. Quick test: which one will give you jitters and which one will keep you alive?
Order & Shipping
What is your return or replacement policy?
We have the 'Best Chocolate Warranty' which means that if you don't like our Energy Pods or CocoZen, we will ask you to donate the rest of our product to a local food shelter and then give you a full refund for the purchase.
I have issues with my order. What do I do?
If you have any issues with missing items, something is broken or the delivery guy decided to play slamdunk with our shipping box, please do e-mail us at info@ketogeek and we will work with you to send a replacement.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We usually ship the next business day. Additionally, we use priority shipping for all our products which normally takes 1 day to reach its destination in the Bay Area, California, and usually 2 days to the rest of the United States. In the worst-case scenario or places very far off like Hawaii or New York, it may take 3 days. We do ship to Canada but that can take longer.
If you're one of our neighbors, we will use a trebuchet to launch a package to your delivery location.
